Wireless Switch Technician - Full Time
Responsible for the operation, data communications, and peripheral equipment associated with Huawei’s advanced PCS/LTE Network. Will be coordinating installation, testing/troubleshooting of IP networks, transmission facilities (OC12, 48, 192), microwave systems, administering multiple vendor systems and maintaining system applications. Will focus on ensuring quality customer service and providing support to a varied user community; updating daily logs with site-specific information; and composing clear and concise reports for system documentation. Will also participate in cross-functional projects as scheduled. Minimum 3 year experience plus electronics training in one or more of the following fields: telecommunications (cellular or landline) switching systems or experience in LAN/WAN operations. IP connectivity is preferred. This position requires the candidate be proficient in digital communications and telecommunications. Vocational/Technical training and Cisco experience required.
Customer Service Representative - Liberal Store - Part Time
Responsible for working directly with new and existing customers in the selection and purchase of products and services. Ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have previous experience in retail sales. Additionally, candidate should have strong communication skills, aptitude to learn technology of communication products and services, good decision-making skills, previous cash handling experience, and the ability to interact positively with customers. Bilingual skills and previous experience with Cellular phones are a plus. Candidate should be available to work a flexible schedule, consisting of mornings and occasionally evenings, with a Saturday rotation.
Wireless Retail Inventory Coordinator - Full Time
Maintains inventory of wireless retail operations. Operates through MIND software in accordance with billing and accounting records. Controls the operation of wireless retail service supplies through the flows of general ledger accounts. Must have an understanding of general ledger accounts. Bachelor’s degree in business preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required. Inventory experience a plus.

Insures customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries in a timely manner and coordinating customer service needs with other departments as required. Knowledge of testing and acceptance of CDMA based handsets preferred. 1-3 years of Network Management, Network Operations or Engineering Experience preferred.
