Combination Technician/Construction Worker - Full Time
Install new services and equipment for subscribers by installing drop wires, station protectors, and network interface devices. Wire new systems using appropriate tools. Maintain and repair existing services and equipment by using test sets to locate line trouble. Determine necessary repairs that may include repairing wiring, station protectors, ground connections, running new wires and replacing jacks, lids and pedestals as needed. Maintain and repair central office switching equipment, voice frequency repeaters, loop extenders and cable loading systems. Complete all outside plant and central office installations and repair related forms and reports. May confer with customers to further determine problems and acceptable resolutions. Driver’s License Required. CDL Preferred.
Wireless Retail Inventory Coordinator - Full Time
Maintains inventory of wireless retail operations. Operates through MIND software in accordance with billing and accounting records. Controls the operation of wireless retail service supplies through the flows of general ledger accounts. Must have an understanding of general ledger accounts. Bachelor’s degree in business preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required. Inventory experience a plus.
Wireless Technical Support Specialist - Full Time
Demonstrates exceptional capacity for taking ownership of issues through to the resolution. Takes a logical and orderly approach to analyzing, organizing and planning actions to solve problems. Ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally. Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts. Searches and implements creative solutions, going beyond the traditional and accepted. Ability to multi-task, meet objectives, and solve problems in stressful situations. Ability to work with people from various backgrounds. Identifies needs of both internal and external customers and meets or exceeds their expectations in a resource efficient way. Insures customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries in a timely manner and coordinating customer service needs with other departments as required. Knowledge of testing and acceptance of CDMA based handsets preferred. 1-3 years of Network Management, Network Operations or Engineering Experience preferred.
